I need to find someone's phone number in Bangalore India.?

I have an American friend who has recently moved to Bangalore India and I need to contact them, I have been unable to find a white page listing online to find the number, is there anyone there that could help me or knows how I can get the information?

just do enquiry to all telecom companies of bangalore with your friends name and date after he came to india.

It is unlikely that your friend even has a phone yet.  It typically takes two years for a foreigner to get connected.
