how would you find a old friend that told you about a web page she was making but you for got the site it was getting made on?

Lol, if she has an unusual screen name, you can find her. This is the search result of mine, for example:

Once , my daughter lost track of me( we live in different areas) she found me like that.

Just search for your friend's name on any search engine. If she was making a web page, her name should be in the source code of the web page somewhere.

If you are lucky the search engine will pick it out.
