I need to fix my front disc brake on my bike?

Alright i have a juicy 3 front and rear brake the rear is fine but the front one is messed up what happened was i toook off my wheel and the brake pads went to close together and i can't move them casue there "Self Ajusting" says Avid. I forced my wheel back in, but it rubs now say if i do a catwalk my fornt wheel wont move becasue the pads are to close to the rotor basically i need to ajust my brake pads to there further apart

Sounds like a brake pad or caliper moved out of position. Remove the wheel and check.

This is one of those things that, if you have a bike with hydraulics, you should have your local bike shop show you. I promise they won't think you're an idiot after this one time... unless you come back for the same reason  :)
