I need to fix my ringo ranger anyone no how to make it more long range?

there is no way to make it longer range (DX) short of making it higher in elevation (meaning higher on the pole ) and using low loss coax (LMR 400 or better). However the antenna is weak over about 100 feet and can be possibly bent at higher elevations.

If you are asking about making it longer for a different band, no as it's a trial and error as the coil on the antenna tunes it and the length of the pipes aren't as long as the wavelength actually is (the great electrical vs physical wavelength)

The only way to get more distance out of the Ringo Ranger is height and the adding of another co-linear element plus radials to bring it's radiation angle down lower. Check out this site for repair parts and their newer models.
