  1. Hey

    I know this website with some good muscle building articles from fitness trainers.  it's http://fitness4u.sitesled.com  THere is a insane muscle gain report on the right column you can download for free.  I actually bought the no nonsense muscle book that's on the bottom left column.  It really gave me all the info I needed to know to gain the muscle.  This guy is really motivational and knows his stuff.  It's got dvd's included too so you can see how to do the workouts.  He use to be skinny too.  Read his page.  It's alot cheaper then buying a personal trainer.


  2. i hope you are working out different muscles on those 6 days, otherwise you are overtraining.  remember that muscles grow on resting days...hope that helps

  3. first off, work on different muscles different days ie. legs on monday, arms tuesday, etc. because exercise is only stimulation for muscles; they grow at rest! Also the types of food you eat are very important. Fish (tuna, salmon), natural peanut butter, lean meats, low fat dairy, and carbs (i recommend whole grain) are the most important for muscle growth. Fruits and vegetables wouldnt hurt either. Also, have a couple of days reserved for cardio, so that you could burn off fat and more muscle will show.

  4. just lift wheights 4 sets of 10 each day different areas to work on such *** chest,arms youll prolly have that about 5lb in a month

  5. Protein and carbohydrates. Also you should get this stuff called Creakic made by MuscleTech. It lasts you 1 month and I've used about one and a half and I've already gained 7 lbs in muscle.

    They are these blue pills and you take a serving of 3 twice a day. Right after you wake up and immediately after you workout.

    I also used to take Meso-Tech Complete advanced muscle building meal supplement. It's like powder which you mix with milk, bananas, juice etc. You take it twice a day. It doesn't work as fast but it's a little cheaper. You can buy it at your local WalMart or GNC.

    I really suggest you go to GNC (General Nutrition Center) and ask the guy who works there the best supplement to gain muscle fast at a price you can afford. Tha'ts what I did and I look and feel better about my muscle. Good luck man!

  8. you can easily do 5 pounds in 5 weeks. just make sure you get about 120-130g protein a day and dont exercise the same muscles more than once every 24 hours
