I'd hunt around for a UK haulage firm delivering to Lithuania & returning with an empty or part empty lorry.

Try someone like;

They may do it at a more reasonable cost than a quote from a shipping agent

Are you carrying a car on it? If not then wouldn't it be cheaper to buy one in Ireland ? Or drive from Lithuania to France, Belgium or Holland, use the ferry from there to the UK then drive across UK to Wales and catch another ferry to Ireland.
