  1. Hi there it is well publicised that fad diets fail over 90% of the time. I urge you to you mosey on down to http://xil.in/6407/ its a really informative site with tons of free tips and tricks. I lost 6 pounds in six weeks by following their tips

  2. Everyone has abdominal muscles, the problem is that most of the time they are covered by fat. Eat a nutritional diet low in fats :)

  3. Everyone has a six-pack, some people may have it covered underneath fat. To get that six-pack showing you will need to do regular cardio exercise, combined with a healthy diet. Your diet must be low-calorie, high in protein, and low in fat and carbs.

For exercise, I would recommend HIIT (High intensity Interval Training). HIIT is the most effective form of cardio. It burns fat 9 times more effectively than any other cardio and only needs to be done for 12-15 minutes.  It is also the only cardio that completely sustains muscle mass.

Find out all about it here:

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water everyday and having 3 small meals, and 2-3 small snacks to speed up your metabolism. To strengthen and better-define your six-pack you should do crunches every other day and increase them as you go.

Lifting weights is not at all an effective way to make your six-pack visible, that will only tone body parts you workout or help you build muscle mass.  If you want muscle mass you need more calories than you can burn, which will cause you to stray even farther from getting a six-pack.

If you only use weights to tone your six-pack all you will do is strengthen it, but the fat will remain covering it.

    Best of luck!

  4. lol i have a six pack going for an 8 pack

  5. Just about everyone has a six pack. It's that layer of fat on top of the abs that makes the six pack look like a fat blob.

Since there's no way to target the stomach specifically to get rid of the fat, you have to work on reducing your entire body's body fat percentage.

Some may suggest cardio such as jogging or bike riding, and that would work fine. But you will sacrifice muscle by doing intense cardio workouts.

Weight train every day to build muscle. Muscles consume calories even while you sleep. This way, just by gaining more muscle you'll be burning the fat. I do 20 minutes of light cardio everyday to get the blood pumping, followed by an intense weight lifting workout.

I work out 4 days a week, followed by 2 days of rest. Eat plenty of carbs and protein, and cut as much fat and sweets out of your diet as you can.

If you stick to this routine, you'll have a six pack in two months.
