I need to get a flat toned tummy in like three weeks, HELP!!?

My homecoming dance is three weeks from now and it would look a little better if i didn't have so much of a pooch in my tummy area.

I need good exercise routines and food diets,

I'm on a fat burner and have a gym membership

Any help?

  1. try dance videos they are fun and you get a great work out. GOOD LUCK!


  2. First of all stop taking the fat burner.  Those never help and always harm. (Trust me, I lost 60 lbs.)  All I can say is run run run.  Running and working cardio is the best thing you can do to cut the weight.  Anything else would start you bulking up anyways so just run/Jog/Jump Rope.  Anything that gets you moving fast.

  3. exercises- crunches-for upper abs (twist as you come up to work your sides), leg raises-for lower abs (lay on flat surface. Keeping legs straight/together- raise them up slowly using your ab muscles, lower slowly. If you'd like an advanced option-do it hanging from a chin up bar). Incorporate regular cardio (for health and metabolism).

    Diet should include- lean protein, fruits and veg, wholegrains, low fat dairy. Drink lots of water. Limit the following- excess salt (excess salt causes fluid retention making you look bloated), junk food and soft drinks, excess sugar.
