I used to go everyday and was loving it...i got addicted to the endorphins and being healthy.Now it's been months since I worked out. Whats a good diet and exercise routine to start out? I'm an all or nothing girl and I need balance. I don't want to start out eating like I'm in a competition..I'll just fail then. Any advice?
