I need to get back my scanner?

I used to have something called SBC online protection scanner or something like that. It was next to the the clock on the bottom left corner. How can I get it back or where can I download it back?

Restore your PC on the date you loaded your scanner.

EDIT - Ok, it's on your computer, but not showing in taskbar, easiest might be to uninstall it, download it again and reinstall, so it will go back with the default settings. Should only be a small quick download.
