I am new to this whole "working out" thing. I bought some whey protein from wall-mart, it has like 52 grams of protein and it tastes pretty good. I am about 5.11 or so, and i weigh about 145 and i have exactly 12 inch arms, which i am very embarrased about. i notieced all the guys at my school are like freaking huge and they work out. i am not lazy i played football, baseball and love doing outdoorsy things. I tried working out before its just that i get bored and sometimes discouraged quickly. Ill work out for about 2 weeks and get bored of it. Whats a good work out plan for someone as skinny as i am. I would also like to increase the definition of my abs, so can i run long distances one day, and then do heavy lifting the next? will i start looking more buff everywhere if i did that? ALSO keep in mind that i have school and work, so i cant go to the gym 3 times a day. Is there a workout plan that will only take about an hour or so. An
