I need to get fit enough to do a mile and a half in 11 min max but i cant even run a mile

  1. start walk-jog-running 2-3 miles each day ...  run and jog as much as you can ...  when you feel you can't run any more, walk for 1-3 minutes ...  take a watch and time yourself, then force yourself to run/jog again ...  even if it only for a minute ...  the more you push, the more you will be able to do on your next run ...  give yourself a day off every 4th day to let your body rest and recover ...
