I want to be on the all A honor roll next year but I have a problem. I don't know how to study. I try but I always find it boring so I study in front of the t.v but than I can't focus. Everyone thinks I'm just a dumb blond but I want to prove to them that I can be smart and have fun at the same time. I goofed off alot in my freshman year of High school and I got 2 d's, 4 c's and 1 b my last quarter of freshman year. the b however was in math which is currently my best subject. I want good grades but I feel like I'll be bored trying to get it. How can I get all A's next year, or atleast all a's and b's. It's really important to me. I'm 15 and a sophomore in high school. The classes that I'm taking next year are pe/health/drivers ed 10, spanish 1, english 10, algebra 1 part 2, biology, world history 2, chior, and I have study hall every other day. I have 4 classes each day and the classes alternate per day. Please help me get good grades.

  1. you can't just get yourself good grades that fast you'll have to slowly work your way up

you can try to balance it out like maybe 1 hour of t.v. or like 3 hours of studying try to spend less time with friends

you can like a box of chocolates or something you love and like every time you finish a page you can reward yourself with chocolate

  2. STUDY STUDY STUDY. Study after each class. and try to stay focus.

  3. Be organized, take notes on whatever your teacher puts on the board, and force yourself to study in a quiet room.

  4. Everyone studies differently for starters but here are some general things that can be very helpful. First when in class DO NOT TALK TO FRIENDS this is a big killer for what you learn. The teacher at this stage in HS usually are telling you everything you need to know so pay attention sit in the front you learn at least 20% better by being in the front of the room. To do better break your after school time into blocks. Manage your time by setting specific study value times for each subject. For example seperate the time by 30 min segements each night by doing this you avoid on night cram sessions that fail you. Stay in a room of solitude turn you cell phone ( not joking) and only bring your school stuff and thats it only leave for bathroom or other emergencys. In class ask questions on what you don't understand if you have the question someone else is likely to have the same. Interact with the teacher oftenly you get more information and learn better this way. This should help you do better in school. Don't try to hard and put pressure like this on yourself. Do all of your work as best you can to your ability. This will always work to getting good grades.

  5. Just study for 2 hours daily...thats all
