I need to get in shape for volleyball!!! HELP!! 10 pts?

For volleyball, I need to get into shape. I have less than 20 minutes a day, and I need to gain muscle and get better in shape in 2 weeks!!

I need excercises, streches and other various things i can do :) Thanx

  1. streach your arms and legs befor exersize.

    practice your reflexes by catching balls.

    run at least 5 laps a day 25 jumping jacks and 50 sit ups

    eat fruits and vegitbles and non fat meats. drink water try try try  


  2. Exercises-

    1. Lay on your back on the ground, Life your legs in the air and keep them there for 60 seconds. Do this 5 times. -5 minutes

    2.Do 2 sets of 50 crunches. Put your feet under the couch, everytime you come up from completing the crunch , touch the couch 1-7 min.

    3. Strecth by standing up, and holding your foot behind your back. Hold for 30 sec. Do 2 times for each leg. - 2 minutes.

    4. Get a liter of soda, and use that instead of a dumbell and instead of lifting weights, life the soda with one hand, do 2 sets of 50 times, twice for each arm. about. 3 minutes

    5. Run up the stairs instead of walking.

    total- about 17 minutes

    Tips- get a heavier object than a volleyball, like a soccer ball or a basketball, and hit it on your arms like you would for volleyball. so when you get to the volleyball it will feel lighter and easier.

    Eat your fruit and vegggies =)
