go to yahoo services. look at the bottom of the page choose yahoo services ,and there will be a list come up ,choose briefcase and then sign in and it will be in folders or email attachments then open either one of those find what you are looking for ,right click and save as to your desktop so that you can find it and then download ,hit close after complete and you have it..
