I need to get into shape. Two questions.?

I want to start running. Should I run like an hour at a slow pace or should I run my fastest pace in a short time? What would be better?

Also, this may be a hygeiene question, but can I sleep with my workout clothes in the bed so that when I get up, I'm kinda more motivated. It's just the way i am lol.

  1. 1.) You should start at a slow pace, especially if you are new to running.

    2.) I would put on CLEAN workout clothes before bed, if I were you.

    run for about 1 - 2 hours aday.... Start 30 mins slow then kepe going up your pace until u feel comfrotable...

    but all u need is 30 minutes a day is Fine and is average

    and if ur really active jus Do wat i told u to do above

  4. if u can run for an hour you're in pretty good shape. I'd run every other day for  1 hr at a comfortable pace. and maybe throw in one speed workout per week to replace a run.

    run an interval, like run at a fast pace for a few mins, then slow it down to catch your breathe and repeat for 30 or so minutes.

    or run hills

    and yeah, sleep in your workout clothes, that way u can wake up, warm up stretch and get out the door.

  5. yea i suggesst buy a tread mill and run on it it increases your running and you get ton body fast if you do it a bit everyday. well running out side is ok too jsut run like 1 mile on first day then rune like barely joggin other day 2 miles. then increase it like that.
