  1. I'm sure it's different now, but I would say speed and upper arm strength.  Cities will vary, and mine has changed since I came on, but ours ran all the way around a gym and there were 4 -3 ft. high (were wide)  a 4 ft. high (1 ft wide) wall, a 6 ft. tall (about 3-4 in. wide) wall, a 12 ft. (low to floor) balance beam, and a few other things (it went around, then into the middle of the gym)....I think we had 60 seconds.

  2. Good luck I mean ur answer is really simple work hard hide the ice cream and eat right join a gym?

People will pretty much give you the same types of answers

even though what works for someone might not work for u?

  3. Fastest way to get into shape without over straining yourself is to go on power walks DAILY.

Speed walking works out alot more muscles then sprinting/jogging yet is less strenuous on the body, personally i run track so i dont speed walk i jog for training and to build stamina. But if i wanted to build my legs and didnt want a gym involved i would speed walk for about an hour and a half to 2 hours a day. carry some running/jogging dumbbell weights with you and if you put on leg weights you can cut it to about an hour.

    Hope this helps
