Question:

I need to get into shape quickly for the police obstacle course. How do I do this?

am not looking to be skinny minny or anything like that (although I am not against losing some weight:)) I need to be able to get into shape to pass the police obstacle course and then entry into the academy which is EXTREMELY physical! Looking for advice from ppl who can help! I do have a gym membership.

  1. It really depends on how much time you have before the "P.A.T.", if you have a couple of months I suggest get yourself into that gym and start a healthy eating plan and/or consult a personal trainer to get you started on some "problem areas" or if you only have a couple of weeks to a month then I suggest getting into that gym atleast 4-5 days a week and getting in some serious cardio and start a healthy diet and NO CHEATING ON THE DIET


  2. well if your going to be a police officer wat do u think i mean they dont just gv u a gun and a badge. if ur not in shape i suggest u start as early as possible eat healthy do extra exercises  go to the gym wen ever u can ive seen those shows on police training i think ur going to hv to work on the mental too. dont get tooooooooo physical.

  3. work out everyday and run!
