how do i get my 40 yard dash up the best? all i do right now is jump rope is that going to help? wat should i do? and why? no g*y answeres man.... lol

    Both options are pricey, sparq more-so than the shoes.

To improve your start and time on a dash you should try to incorporate hamstring and quad training to improve there strength to increase speed. try exercises such as lunges and squats to build there strength. To improve your explosive strength research depth jumps and plyometric training online this will improve your starting speed dramatically.
