  4. just say that you're getting older and you need your own space

  5. wait till ya dads had a relaxing day..usually sundays for dads..make sure hes in a good mood..and suggest it..make it sound like you really wanna hear his ideas..coz the more u get ya dad interested in helping fix the room up for ya..the more he will want to do it. When its done..u can fix it all up exactly how u want it and change it around to suit you :)

  6. beg him.. show him show dat ur mature

  9. 1) Smile and be nice.

    2) Ask if there is anything you can do to help around the house.

    3) Ask him when you will get your own attic room?

    4) Ask if you can help him do the work.

    5) Babysit, paint, do chores, yardwork, clean out garages and basements for neighbors, relatives, and save the money for your new room. Tell him that is what you are doing. Maybe that will help him start the project sooner.

    6) Remember it is very costly to build a room so be patient, nice, and don't beg or whine. Just smile, be nice and ask every once in awhile. You will get it if you don't cry or throw a fit. Nice always wins with parents. :)
