I need to get my own health insurance any ideas where to go?

Hello! I am a student and the program I am in requires health insurance. Does anyone know of a good company to go through? I dont go to the doctor really I just need to for school?

Check through your school.  There are reasonably priced student health insurance plans.  Do a search on the net.

Student health plans offered through your school usually are not very good in my opinion, offering very limited coverage. You will be better served purchasing an individual, high-deductible plan through your local Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each Blue Cross is separately owned and operated, so mention your state in the search for their website. You will be able to apply online, and they offer, "Basic," plans that are inexpensive.

Depends on the State you live in.....also depends on how much you want to spend in premium.  Might be cheaper for you to buy the campus student health insurance.....
