I need to get my regular sleep back ?

I've been sleeping the whole day and waking up at 9 at night I need to get my sleep back how do I do this -_-

  1. Don't sleep all day.

    And sleep at night.


  2. Just stay up 2 hours later each day for 5 days, and you should be rising at about 700

  3. Go back to your regular sleep pattern. It takes time to get into and out of sleeping patterns, but go to bed at your ideal time, even if you can't sleep. Keep doing it and you should fall back into it soon.  

  4. take a nap midway during the time you are awake


  5. Ive been in the same problem too;

    one way I could do is try not to sleep during the day -stay awake- watching sitcoms, or have a busy schedules during the day so in the evening we're tired & ready to sleep after dinner
