  1. The only way you can get out of it is by contesting it and taking it to judge. Detailed advice on how to behave in court and what errors or omissions to look for on the ticket, see the blog spot.

  2. How about you should have been driving slower? What do you expect? The speed limit is there for a reason, and boyfriend/girlfriend drama doesn't excuse your behavior. You weren't paying attention to your speed, which tells me you weren't paying attention...period. And you could have easily killed someone because of that. We have a guy in the area who was doing the same thing, except he caused a nine car pile-up and 3 people died because of his "drama". He has the next 34 years to think about his behavior. So if this is a smart *** answer in your book, I really don't care. People who don't want the truth shouldn't ask the question.

  3. unless the ticket is filled out incorrectly, like date or location, you can't beat it. You can if the cop doesn't show up in court.

  4. they won't they only care about the money

  5. Well, seeing how you don't want me to say that you should have been paying attention, here's my answer.  I highly doubt if they will let you off.  They have speed limits for your, and other people's safety.
