there should be an email addy on the page that you ask to be removed or a link to remove yourself from the scheme.

Go to the home page, and email the moderator (the email is groupname-owner.com).  

Explain the problem, the moderators may be able to help, or at least unsubscribe you.

Sign in to the group that you want to leave.

Near top of page, click "Edit Membership".

Scroll down to bottom of screen and click "Leave Group".

You will be asked if you are sure you want to leave the group.  Click on "Leave Group".

You will be instantly unsubscribed from the group at that point.  

You will continue to receive any messages that still remain in the Yahoo email server until all of those are sent out. Then you will not receive any more from the group.
