I need to get pictures from a CD slide show?

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. I was given a CD slides how, and I would like to extract the digital images from the CD. I was wondering if there was a program that i could buy, or is already on the computer that would allow me to do this.

I have Adobe Elements 6, but when i tried to upload the CD slide show it stated that the file type has the wrong extension. I believe it is MPEGAV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

slide shows are usually videos so the resolution will always be not as good as the individual JPG pics.  But maybe your slideshow runs from original jpgs.  You'll have to search the CD files for picture files. If not, you may be out of luck.
