  1. do what i do.if coach tells you do 30 push-ups, do 40. Allways do a bit extra. And have a daily work out routine at home too. like 10 push ups, 1 min hallow holds 20 stalder presses- you get it. Just push yourself evry chance you get. Gymastics is about hard work, you never know your limmits unless u go beyond them.


  2. I would do lots of core work outs. core is very important. you should do puch ups & stuff like that.

  4. the two things you need 2 work on 4 gymnastics is yours abs and arms. you need 2 do alot of pushups. (btw there are 5 different types 1} arms shoulderwit 2} arms wide apart 3 }hands in the shape of a dimond 4} stnd straight up and walk your hands out 6 spaces from your feet 5} claps)  if you have any monkey bars @ your park u could do pullups and chinups. for your abs you need to do palaties (dont no how 2 spell it lol!) and v-holds. holo-body holds. 4 your legs lunges and frog jumps i hope this helps!!!!
