  1. not really possible ?

Home line OK but Cell phone ???

SFR, Orange or Bouygues telecom are the main cell phone company.

And, you miss a number !!! wrong number

  2. ring it & ask them

  3. Call to this phone number, if you know this guy, ask him his address.

If you don't know him, explain why you want it.

IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO LET YOU KNOW HIS ADDRESS, THEN YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED IT.

NB : If you're calling from USA you should dial :

    011 33 6 23 56 64 9?   or    + 33 6 23 56 64 9?  (and check the number because you're missing one digit).

    .

And what are you looking for ?  you already asked for this kind of question.

  4. You can still try, maybe this cell phone can be registered with the operator which is SFR because the code is 06 (code cell phone) + 23 (code operator which is SFR) and the personal number 56649.

You have to be aware that the most of the operator keep all this information secret, unless they have the authorization to supply it.

Saint Denis is not a really good area of Paris, if you ken what I mean, and the most of the people there have what we call in Europe a "Pay as you Go" phone.

    Good Luck !

In Answer to Mr Un Exile if you want to call France from the US the code is not 0033+number.

You have to dial 01133+destination number.

  5. Hi, there are a number of private investigators who have contacts at SFR who can provide this information to you.  But it will be a bit expensive (around 200 euro).

  6. this cell number miss one number, you wouldn't contact somebody.....

To contact France you have to dial :

    003362356649 (and the missing number)

And SFR,France Telecom and Bouygues cannot help you to find the address , it´s forbidden in my country to give this information to a customer.

  7. Correct, all telephone numbers in France have ten (10) digits. Your number only has 9 digits so there's no way of even calling it... let alone tracing it... even if you could.
