yes, i do. and i want to lose like 20 pounds in two weeks. Does someone know how to make that happen? thank you lots.

  1. 20lbs in two weeks is a little drastic. I lost 13lbs in two weeks but it's not easy. I cut my calories down to around 200-300 a day when on a diet you are supposed to eat around 1000-1200 a day), drank lots of water, and stayed on my feet a lot (walking around, at work, and just standing instead of sitting all the time). This is not healthy but I am not going to lecture you. I will give you an answer. I will let you know it's not healthy and it's your choice wether you do it or something like it or not.

  2. you cant do that in a healthy way, you can crash diet but itll all come back because its water weight, not burned fat.
