I need to go to Mexico in August!?

im looking for a round-trip airplane ticket to mexico city from july thirty-first to August seventh for 400$ or less, taxes included. does anyone know where i could purchase one? ive already tried several websites but the cheapest is 570$

I have a website with info on transportation in Mexico, so I am knowledgeable on the subject.

Last year I paid $320 round trip Oakland-Guadalajara. I lucked out. That was $100 less than the next cheapest I saw. I grabbed it right away.

But this year things are much different, the biggest factor being the increase in fuel costs.

I booked a ticket months ago (I'm leaving next week) and frankly I am surprised that you've found one for $570 at this late date. Prices constantly change and seats and sometimes seats become available, but I would book a ticket at a reasonable rate ASAP. If you hold out waiting for a seat at last years prices you may end up with a much higher rate.

Aerobus mention above have flight out of Austin to Monterrey where there are connecting flights to several location in Mexico, but not Mexico City. Their prices are indeed low and they have a promotion right now where for the first leg, you only pay the taxes.

In the future, Aerobus may fly out other locations in the US.

Gary, Indiana is trying to woo Aerobus to its airport to serve the Chicago area.

look mi mom has a travel agency and ppl are looking around that time and alot of thoese planes are full scince every one is going out on vacation I'm leavin July 30 and the whole plane is full since last month so yeaaaah
