Question:

I need to go to bed earlier.. but can't.?

I really need to start going to bed at 8, when I usually go to sleep at 2. Any suggestions? :) Thanks. <3

  1. Wake earlier than usual and try to avoid taking a nap during the day. Try to stay away from caffeine and sugar after 6. Good luck!!

  3. make yourself tired for example do something really active until like 6:00 and then go home take a shower and eat dinner by that time you will be sleepy!!!

  4. what i did was i stayed up the entire night and avoided naps during that following day and then i fell asleep at 8 and woke up early and so continued my schedule...


  5. Try going to bed with a book and reading for a while.  Even if you don&#039;t fall asleep right away, your body will be in a resting mode.  You can slowly work your way towards being able to fall asleep earlier.

  6. How do you expect us to give you self control? You know what you should do. Set an alarm clock for 8. When it goes off, get ready for bed. No excuses.

  7. Whoever wakes you up (whether it be the alarm, your dog, your mom, etc.), make sure that he/she/it wakes you up earlier. Then do NOT nap during the day. Stay away from the sugars and the caffeine after noon.

    You&#039;ll be exhausted by the end of the day!

  8. Take your cell phone with you at 8 and ask your friends to sing you a lullaby. No seriously, you have to rearrange your daily schedule.You can&#039;t do it all at once - gradually work your way towards 8or 9 and tell your friends not to call you at night
