I need to go to the doctor but my mom won't give me my health insurance card, and i dont know the name?

i am very sick, and i need to go to the doctor, but my mom is mad at me so she won't give me my card, i don't know the name of the insurance carrier or anything about it..what can i do, i really need to go to the doctor!!!

are you old enough to go by yourself if so go and sent the bill to your mother.  and while you're there tell someone what you're going through, they have to help you or call someone who can.

DCFS always works too.

Go to a  Med Assist or any medical building that takes non insured patients

Denying a child health care would be considered child abuse. Your mom's on very dodgy ground if you are as sick as you say you are. Try going along to your doctors and see what they can suggest for you.

If you are really sick and need medical attention just go to the Dr. say that you forgot your medical card and ask if they can bill either your mom if you are a minor or bill you and then just let your mom what you did and when they bill either of you just mail it to your insurance carrier. So they can take care of it

if youve been there before they should have all your infromation, or you can just go and get ahold of billing later after you find you your insurance info.
