  1. Turn off ur modem to disconnect them from the internet, and turn off ur router if u also want to disconnect them from other computers on the network.

    peace

  2. 1) Try your router's web page, like http://192.168.1.1 (or find out what your computer's default gateway or router address is; for Windows, go to Start and Run "cmd" and then run "ipconfig" or for Mac OS, go to Terminal (in Utilities folder in Applications) and run "ifconfig en0"), and look for an advanced setting for access, like a parental feature.

    2) Get a timer for your modem or router, the kind like you put on a lamp when you go on vacation (simple on off, set on for 7am and off for 11p): BAM! everyone is disconnected!

    3) Look into Parental Controls for each computer (but wouldn't be as efficient and setting up in router or the physical solution).

  3. turn the router off at night?
