I need to have the history of this address and sites visited?

I need the surfing history or sites visited in the last 3 to 4 weeks. I bought a new computor and everything is not transferable but u store at you site.

You can find the history by finding the history button on your browser's toolbar. However, your history is limited to what the setting are (located in Tools>Internet Options).
