  1. Is he in jail cause if he is they will open it before he sees it

  2. Write PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL on the envelope - that way it should not be opened by anyone but him.

  3. why does he get mail monitored. does he get antra or something?? hes paranoid huh  just stick it in his mailbox late at night

  4. Other governments do go through mail..

If it's private, send him a USB chip with various files all password protected. There could be thousands of files on one chip.  Music files, text files, etc..

Example, just password protect a Open Office document.  It's locked for good.

If it has to be a bit of paper.  Try sending him a Mormon's bible with letters circled to conceal a message. lol.

    So covert!

  5. You could put the paper inside of something.  It it is only a small piece of paper, you could probably hide it in anything...be creative!

  6. Sounds as if he's in jail--since monitoring and /or opening someones  mail is a federal offense.

If he is, there isn't much that you can do to hide anything.

    Sorry~

  7. Get address labels made that are adhesive. Stick the piece of paper between the envelope and the adhesive label so that the paper is completely covered and the label still sticks to the envelope. Make sure that when lifted up to a light you cannot see the paper - that portion should NOT be transparent because of the thickness of the adhesive label. Also use the thinnest type of paper you can find so that the adhesive label doesnt appear to be overly bulky.
