I need to hook a mic up to my camcorder but theirs no input for it?

i need to hook a mic up to my camcorder but theirs no input for it is their maybe a Hub or coverter that i can plug in somewhere on my camcorder

If you can't find an audio-in jack or if your camcorder does not have AV-in capabilities, there is no way to easily connect an external mic. There is no "hub or converter" - they would need to connect to something, too.

We would be able to tell you for sure if you had provided the camocrder model number...

Another option is to use a field recorder (like those from Edirol, Marantz, Zoom, M-Audio and others). Then replace the audio the camcorder records with the audio the field recorder records... when you edit the video...

The Canon DC310 does not have AV-in. It has only AV-out.
