I need to interview an engineer. do you know where i can find one?

i am doing a project for a career planning class, and i need to interview someone about their career. i would like to interview a mechanical or computer engineer, but i dont know where to start looking. if you know how i can find one, will you please tell me, or if you are an engineer willing to give me an interview please leave your email address. the interview will be about 15 mins and i will just ask you questions about your career. thanks.

  1. Why not try the nearest college campus where you can find the folks who teach engineering. Interviewing engineering students could also help in giving you insight on the process of becoming one.


  2. I have a bachelors and master's degree in mechanical engineering. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in mechanical engineering. I know that colleges and universities have career services centers that have lists of alumni (people that graduated from the school) that do the types of interviews you asked about. Just call your local college and ask the career services center about the mechanical and computer engineers (alumni) that are willing to interview with you.
