  1. 11 months..climbing upon my brothers highchair to get the banana slices he took out of his cereal..he hated them, i loved them.. that would be 1949...4. my family was poor. father worked in the sawmill and mother stayed home with us 4 kids until i was 5.. we werent suffering,, my father worked hard. raised a garden and done a lot of game hunting.. he done a little moonshing and got drunk some.. those weret good memories...but over all ..we were raised properly..5. up until i was 8, we had one big bedroom..outhouse. and daddy alwasys built a shower outside...where ever we lived6. public schools..7.graduated in 1966..8.to many and not enough room..9.my children...10.the one i knew and pretty much our very first was a 1948 chevy,black..11.from 5, in someones lap, 8 on tractors,and was hauling cows to sale by the time i was 14...12. my first plane was in the military in 1969..13.the battles in viet nam, i live them everyday(email me i may talk about them....sometimes)i was a sniper with the 101 airborne..14.yes...15.no...16.yes...17.y... iwas driving a big truck in the pasadena area,close to the port of houston...19.my kids, a lot of good times,and my relatives and life itself, after i survived viet nam....life is to short to let it get you down...

If you don't find anyone on here, you could try calling a local senior-citizen's home.  You can talk to one of the nurses that answers the phone and tell them whats up.  They'll know the residents and who would be the best (and most fun!) to talk to.  It's amazing the kinds of stories you'll hear from the older folks that live there.  It can be pretty fun.
