I need to know, what kind of questions will i be asked??????

I have a job interview today and to be completely honest, ive never had a job before. I really want this job, so i need to know, what kind of questions will they ask me in the interview????? Examples??????

Probably stuff like have you ever done drugs have a criminal record and if you've had prior experience.

Never heard of that place but most interviews will contain questions such as:

What could you bring to the company?

Describe yourself in 3 words

What do you know about the company?

Give me and example of times you worked well as a team/helped someone/gave good customer advice and so on....

Why do you want the job?

Just make sure you can boast yourself without sounding like a prat. :)

Be confident, be smiley and look clean.

But don't laugh too much or you'll look nervous and answer all the questions as quickly as you can but still give time to think them through.

Don't say 'Ummm..hmmm wellll.....'

They may ask why they should hire you (reliable, respectful of others especially of management, have a great work ethic or such), they may ask your strengths and weaknesses (weaknesses question is a trick and one should never talk negatively about one's self), the basic hours that one is available to work (prefer someone with flexible hours probably available for nights and weekends), how would you handle a conflict with a co-worker or dispute with a supervisor, how would you handle a customer that is arguing about a product (customer is technically always right though perhaps ask the manager if can't get resolved).  

Salary is always discussed last unless the interviewer brings up the subject sooner.  And it's generally recommended to say that 'salary is negotiable' as to not overbid or underbid.  It's also a good idea to have some smart questions ready if they ask if have any questions such as 'how many stores are in the region?', 'when did 'storemart' open its doors?' or 'how many employees at the store?' if not answered already.
