I need to know about a summer volunteer programme in spain.?

You have to pay for summer volunteering opportunities in other countries. *You* have to pay for your flights over and back, in-country transportation, health insurance, accommodation, food, security, translators, training, staff to supervise and support them in their service, liaisons with government officials, etc.

You will also need to speak Spanish, ofcourse -- and in Catalonia, including Barcelona, agencies would prefer you also speak Catalan, and in the Basque country, agencies would prefer you also speak Basque.
