  1. If you ask, the conducrtor will be sure that you get off at the right station.

  2. they make annoucments on the train

Unless its very late at night they they try to find you to

(especially if you are sleeping) to tell you your station is next

  3. They make announcements to advise passengers of impending arrival at each station.  If you let the conductor know you will be sleeping, she will make sure to wake you up.  Even if it's a "he," he will do that.  They are nice guys.

  4. As others have stated, there are announcements for each station.  But even more important and useful, you'll be getting off the train at an extremely large and important station: 30st Street Philadelphia.  Many/most of your fellow riders will be doing the same.  You'll see that the train is coming into downtown Philadelphia, and then you'll pull into the large station.  In short, you can't miss it!

If you want to keep track of your trip:

    You board at Mount Joy

    The next station is Lancaster

    Then Parkesburg

    Then Coatesville

    Then Downingtown

    Then Exton

    Then Paoli

    Then Ardmore

    Then 30th Street Philadelphia

Your specific train may skip some of the stations, but it will at least pass by them.

Hope you have a good trip!

  5. no they don't tell you to get off you look out the window and it will say what station your at or it will say over the loud speaker.

  6. They make announcements when the train is coming into the station.  Also get a map of the stations along the route and you can always tell where you are at and about how far you have to go.
