I think starfall.com is a great website.  It has really helped my daughter to better understand letters, their sounds, and reading in general.  I think it would be a good site for preschoolers and kindergarteners!

We also use enchantedlearning.com as well.

I'm a teacher of fourth and fifth graders.  I've started to go to google.com to find good educational sites.  I type in the skill that I want my students to practice.  You end up with many sites to sift through.  But, this is how I have found some of my favorite websites.  Good luck!
