I need to know everything there is to know about a double-end bag.

-What is it filled with?

-When I install it, should it be at my eye level, fist level, what?

And any other important stuff.

Fill it with regular air! U should install it just a little below eye level. The double end bag is great for hand speed and for learning how to slip punches. Do it everyday for a month and you'll see a great improvement in your hand speed and reaction time to punching.

Same as the first answer.  Use it every day and it will make you extremely quick and fast.  I got one when I quit boxing and it helps my confidence.
