If he is an adult who would have a telephone listed in his name then call 411 and ask for information in Houston, TX.  Of course if he is an adult and just does not want to be found that may be difficult.  You may need to hire a private investigator.  

If he is an under age runaway you may want to contact Covenant House.  They provide housing for homeless/runaway youths.
