You actually need a good teacher.  Try to find somebody who will work with you.  All good musicians have to have good teachers and mentors.  You will eventually develop a style of your own and be able to play well, however, instead of trying to be good at all, choose one or two instruments at the most, and focus in on being good on those.  ---- Toni D.
