I need to know how i can take these courses?

I wanna take a Coast Guard Auxilliary Course, or a Power Squadron Course. Something that teaches me boating skills, perticualrly sailing, thanks.

I don't know if you are in the USA, but in the UK I would recommend going for an RYA course (Royal Yachting Association) who cover everything from basic sailing skills, through to Yachtmaster and Instructor courses.  They have courses to suit you whether you are inland or coastal.  They also do powerboat courses.  I am currently doing my Safetyboat certificate and my Dinghy Instructor.  Most sailing clubs run RYA courses, you can find one on their website: http://www.rya.org.uk/Courses/.

    They run safety based courses and also a 'Get Sailing' course but if you want to learn how to sail, I would suggest you get in contact with your local sailing club on your nearest Lake or River.  They will more often than not run training sessions and will help you to get to know your local waters.
