I need to know how much a special ed teacher gets paid so if you know please say something:)?

Every school district is different.  I work for one of the highest paid in Tennessee.  The teachers all start out at the same salary regardless of regular ed or special ed.  If you have a BA, starting salary is about $35,000.  I work with a teacher who has 10 years experience and has his BA, MA, and Eds.  He makes about $55,000 base salary then add his club pay, he probably tops out around $58,000.

They get paid the same amount as a regular teacher ... most teachers start out making about $30,000-$35,000 a year.

Pay scales vary state by state and district by district, but the previous quote of $30,000-$35,000 seems reasonable.
