I need to know how much it costs to send a present package from Egypt to Guatemala?

I never sent any package out of Egypt before, and i want to know where can i go to send a normal present package. how much would it cost me? and what r the best places where i can get the lowest prices?

I live in Guatemala and there are different ways to send packages from other countries to here, some of them are a little bit expensive but for sure you know that the package will be delivered.  Others are not so expensive but the deliver takes a long time.

I would suggest you some things that you need to know in order that when your package arrives here it should not be stopped too much time at customs and the person would not have to paid taxes.

You can send it by couriers such as DHL or Federal Express but they are expensive.

You can also send it by at your post office but you have to tell them that you want a certified deliver so you can be sure that the package arrives and the person who gets it have to sign that he get the package.  This is not too expensive.

Second I suggest that you include or attach to the package a small invoice saying GIFT WITHOUT COMMERCIAL VALUE or GIFT WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF US$1.00 but this would depend upon what kind of thing you are sending because if it is a thing with a high value for sure they will charge importing taxes here.
