I need to know how to attract clients to my new recruitment firm?

i have recently opened a recruitmen arm of my IT solutions firm, and need to know how to get the jobs to offer to my conrtactors? is cold calling really the only option and if so does anyone know some effective ways to do so? i appreciate all the hints and tips i can get.

you could try hot calling.. its like cold calling but you put on a s**y voice.

Why not in local papers, letting them know you

exist ?

Offer some kind of incentive for coming on board

And advertise on a weekly basis , so your

profile of your company becomes familiar

Also any company that has already done so, use

them with their acceptance to show what great

service they have encountered from your company

and how successful they were.

call the person get the contacts make a time to see the person!!!

attend industry conferences and network with people there.

look at job sites and find ads that are employer direct and "cold call" them.

The best way to seek out contractors to use your service is to visit your local city building permit agency to find a current list of contractors who are installing high speed networks in commercial and residential units.  Then from that list, contact the contractors directly and offer your services to them, accordingly.
