And to the person who says think about colors and numbers and such - that's **telepathy** - not **telekinesis**; and that's not possible either.

Rub a metal spoon against your forehead vigorously for at least 45 minutes a day. More if you want results faster. After about 5-7 weeks you should start noticing small effects.
