I need to know how to change the language back 2 english on my N95. i need to kno how to do it by pictures.?

I had a "friend" play with my phone and they some how changed to language so i need to know how to change it back to english but becos i don't know the phone that great, i can only work with the pictures..

I have a N95. Go to tools (PIC OF SPANNER) then select the top one (PIC OF PHONE AND SPANNER) then select the 1st one (pic of two masks) then press up twice thats language, then select the second one down and find english.
